Be the single point of contact for a portfolio of clients, coordinating across our accounting, tax, and advisory teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned client portfolio
- Coordinate across internal teams to resolve client needs end-to-end
- Run periodic check-in calls and proactively flag upcoming deadlines
- Identify opportunities for clients to add services as they grow
- Own client satisfaction and retention for your portfolio
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in client-facing roles, ideally in professional services
- Working understanding of accounting, tax, or compliance basics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Naturally organized, with a bias toward proactive communication
