Run accurate, on-time payroll for client businesses — salary processing, statutory deductions, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for a portfolio of client businesses
- Calculate PF, ESI, professional tax, and TDS deductions accurately
- Generate payslips and handle full & final settlements
- File payroll-related statutory returns on schedule
- Resolve employee payroll queries on behalf of clients
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or finance background preferred
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, and payroll tax regulations
- Comfortable using payroll software and spreadsheets
- High attention to detail — payroll errors affect real people
